In addition to the reporting systems and procedures we agreed with you as part of the management services package, we publish "PROPERTY MATTERS", our company newsletter. This can be produced in a version with articles specific to your property.
Its purpose is to highlight the key developments and main points of interest to leaseholders and residents. Moreover, it can encourage better participation and help achieve higher levels of consensus, making the property run more smoothly.
