Since the company started there has been a whole raft of new legislation concerning health and safety, accounting, service charge, controls both by professional bodies and the Financial Services Authority and of course the Commonhold and Leaseholder Reform Act 2002.
With the introduction of this new raft of legislation and controls has been and investment in the industry by ourselves and others in order to lift professionalism of the industry and all my Property Managers and members of the Institute of Residential Property Management which all goes to help to update the knowledge of our property management staff.
